General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

§1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (Section 13 of the German Civil Code) via the Pure Essence online shop.

§2 Contracting parties

§3 Conclusion of contract

  1. The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order.

  2. By clicking the “Buy now” button you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

  3. The contract is concluded as soon as we accept your order by sending a confirmation email.

§4 Prices and shipping costs

  1. All prices are final prices in euros and include VAT.

  2. In addition to the prices stated, shipping costs may apply, which will be displayed before completing the order.

§5 Delivery

  1. Delivery takes place within Germany and to the EU countries.

  2. Unless otherwise stated, delivery time is 2-5 business days after receipt of payment.

§6 Payment

§7 Retention of title

The goods remain the property of Pure Essence until full payment has been made.

§8 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal as described in the cancellation policy .

§9 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

§10 Liability

  1. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.

  2. In the case of slight negligence, we are only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health as well as for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

  3. In these cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

§11 Data protection

Information on the collection and processing of personal data can be found in our privacy policy .

§12 Final provisions

  1. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

  2. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

  3. The contract language is German.
