Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,

on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, or
in the case of an order for several goods that are delivered separately, from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the last good.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us

inform us of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this refund.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts.

for the delivery of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery,
for the supply of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs,
for the delivery of perishable goods or those whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
