We deliver within Germany as well as to countries within the European Union (EU).
Shipping Costs
- Germany: €2.99 per order
- EU: €2.99 per order
We offer free shipping on orders over €25.00.
Delivery Times
- Germany: approx. 1–4 business days
- European Union: approx. 2–8 business days

Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Shipping Carrier
Shipping is mainly carried out via DHL. For international deliveries, other equivalent shipping providers may be used.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including a DHL tracking number (if available).
Additional Information
No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. In exceptional cases (e.g., high order volume, logistical delays, holidays, or external factors), delivery times may be extended. In such cases, we will of course inform you by email.
